The Law defines legal, economic and organizational relations associated with establishment and functioning of scientific parks. The Law defines the aim and the procedure of establishment of a scientific park, its functions, priority orientations of activity, funding of activity, status, peculiarities of registration and implementation of scientific and technological, and innovation projects.
The Law comes into force on 1 January 2010.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0956.
